At Secret Garden Homes, each product is carefully packed and shipped with love. Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Policy:

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at secretgardens2025@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be requested within 2 working days of delivery, only under reasonable circumstances (such as damaged, incorrect, or defective items). To request a refund, please email us at secretgardens2025@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product and packaging.Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for refund eligibility.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for minor variations in color, texture, or finish, as each piece is unique and handcrafted.
